Terms of service

1. About VORO

VORO is an online marketplace operating in Ghana. VORO does not own or sell the products listed. Independent sellers list products and are responsible for their accuracy, quality and fulfilment. VORO provides discovery, checkout, payment processing, order management and delivery coordination, and earns a commission on completed sales.

2. Buying on VORO

All prices are shown in Ghanaian Cedi (GH₵) and include the seller’s price. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. An order is confirmed only after payment has been verified with our payment provider.

3. Selling on VORO

Sellers must be approved before listing. Every product and its photographs are reviewed by a VORO administrator before becoming publicly visible. Sellers may not publish products themselves, and significant changes to an approved product return it to review.

4. Commission and payouts

VORO deducts a commission from each completed order. Commission rates are shown in the seller dashboard. Payouts are made to the payout details on the seller’s account.

5. Prohibited items

Counterfeit, illegal, unsafe or misrepresented products are not permitted and will be rejected or suspended.
